Community Assessment Project

This project was an eye opener in how our communities are setup and developed to assist with allowing services to be fairly distributed to those in the area. We conducted a small community windshield survey, analyzed the demographics and created a report that identified strengths and weakness in our population and services provided. This allowed up to see what it truly meant to be a community and how to provide cares and resource to the populations in most need and within their respected areas.
