I utilized this assignment also for my program outcome 5, however, it is a great representation of identifying a problem, finding evidence-based information to confirm or deny an issues, and offer evidence-based solutions to improve the risks associated with poor sleep during pregnancy and preterm birth rates. We had to find appropriate and high quality sources to back our findings and identify solutions that were practical, sustainable and cost effective.
