Global Stewardship

This was probably the most interactive and interesting event that wasn't directly related to direct nursing skills, however, it did highlight the struggles and concerns of those suffering with poverty and trying to survive. It offered a very real and unique insight to what it is like as a single mother, with limited schooling, and having children at home with no transportation. It showed how vulnerable this population is to abuse, thief, starvation, homelessness.
